The NYC Charter Revision Commission staff released a report of its draft recommendations
for revisions to the City Charter in April, 2019. The report included those proposals that staff recommended be further studied for their potential inclusion on the ballot. At a public hearing on May 9th, 2019, CHPC testified on the report’s recommendations for Charter reform in areas of land use and comprehensive planning.
